Nelson Specialty Industrial LLC operates NSIDAILY at daily.nsicsm.com. This policy explains what
we collect from the people who use it, why, and what we do and do not do with it.
People we have given access to NSIDAILY — subcontractors, vendors and their crews working on our
projects. NSIDAILY is not open to the public and we do not collect information from the general
public through it.

We share what you submit with our own project staff, and with the project owner and design team
where the project requires it. We use service providers who process information on our behalf and
only on our instructions — hosting and database, error monitoring, email delivery, and text
message delivery. We may disclose information where the law requires it or to establish or defend
a legal claim.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this
information won't be shared with any third parties.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we send about one message per working day — a
reminder to file your log and, when you need one, a link to sign in. Message and data rates may
apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. You can also ask us to remove your number at any time.
Logs and photographs form part of the project record and are kept for the life of the project and
afterwards as our contracts, insurance and applicable law require. Account information is kept
while you have access and for a reasonable period after.
Access is restricted to the projects you are assigned to, enforced in our database rather than
only in the application. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest by our hosting providers.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you as the law requires if something goes wrong.
