NSIDAILY is a private tool operated by Nelson Specialty Industrial LLC ("we", "us") for
subcontractors and vendors working on our projects ("you"). It is used to submit daily jobsite
logs, photographs, and related project records. It is not a public service and it is not
available to the general public.
Access is granted by us, per person and per project, and can be changed or withdrawn at any time —
including when your work on a project ends. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in
credentials to yourself and for everything submitted through your account. Tell us promptly if you
believe someone else has access to it.
You agree that what you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, relates to work actually
performed, and is yours to submit. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share,
anything containing another person's private information beyond what the work record requires, or
anything unlawful.
You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive right to store, reproduce and use what you submit for
project administration, recordkeeping, quality and safety review, dispute resolution, and our
legal and contractual obligations. You keep whatever ownership rights you already had.
Logs and photographs submitted through NSIDAILY form part of the project record. We may retain
them after your work ends and after your access is withdrawn.
NSIDAILY is a tool for meeting reporting obligations. It does not create, alter, waive or replace
any obligation in your subcontract or purchase order. **If these Terms and your contract conflict,
your contract governs.** Nothing here changes what you are owed or what you owe.
We provide NSIDAILY as-is. We aim to keep it available and reliable but do not guarantee
uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its
use or unavailability. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If you opt in, we send text messages about daily log reminders and sign-in links — roughly one per
working day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for
help. Opting out of texts does not affect your access to NSIDAILY or your obligations under your
contract.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date,
and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
